The Joint Base Charleston Library is comprised of two branches: the main Air Base branch and the Weapons Station branch. All military members, retirees, DoD civilians and family members, and DoD contractors working on the installation are eligible to check out materials.

Read Across America Week
Join us for a week-long celebration of reading for all ages, highlighting favorite children's authors and literary characters. The Joint Base Libraries will be hosting scavenger hunts, puzzles, and giving out goodies throughout the week.
Toddler Story Hours during Read Across America Week will feature special guest readers from Joint Base Charleston!
Toddler Story Hour
Get ready to sing interactive songs, read a story out loud, and make a craft to take home when you bring your child to Toddler Story Hour!
This program will be at 9:30am on Tuesdays at the Air Base and Thursdays at the Weapons Station.
